The 2022  Warren Taylor Homes Western Australian Hobie Cat State Championships will be held at the Geraldton Yacht Club on the 5th and 6th March 2022. Please refer to the Notice of Race for official details.

HCAWA Membership 2021/22
  All Skippers must be a financial member(s) of an affiliated National Hobie Class Association. Membership period applies between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022. Fee includes membership for skipper and crew. Please verify you are a financial member. If not, select the HCAWA membership fee.
Tee Shirts

Tee shirts are included for Helm and Crew in the regatta fees. Please indicate your preferred sizes for Helm and Crew.

GYC is hosting a Fish Night for all competitors and friends and family. We encourage you to purchase tickets now as spots are limited.

Additional presentation night kids meals can be purchased for $20 pp

Indemnity and Insurance

Release and Indemnity. I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and all other rules that govern this event. I agree that none of the organisations, persons involved in the running of this event, sponsors, promoters, class association or any other involved persons or parties accepts liability for damages due in negligence or any other reason whatsoever while conducting or connected with this event for injury, to property or person, I may suffer while participating in the event and while upon the event premises. RRS 3 state: 'The responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue to race is hers alone.' I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event, and while upon the event premises, relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence. I agree that skipper and crew (if applicable) comply with RRS 46 and the AYF prescription., financial member with an Australian Sailing Number (AS Number) eligible to participate in this event. An international competitor is exempt from the AYF prescription but must still be a member of a club affiliated to ISAF recognised Member National Authority.
